What We're Looking For:
You are an experienced welder with a strong grasp of production flow You are comfortable working with Plant Leadership to execute and achieve the goals for your department. You keep safety a top priority and make sure your team understands and follows proper procedures and techniques. You are an effective communicator who likes working with a diverse team. You are a problem solver who enjoys working with others.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
Executing the Production Plan set by Plant Leadership Interpreting standard production drawings and job specifications to ensure your team executes builds successfully Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and quality of output Trouble shoot repairs needed for equipment and/or defective materials Supervise safety of all employees and machine/tool usage Train and develop your team members Maintain a clean and orderly work area Focus on building product
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery Familiarity with basic math and measurements
