Responsibilities:

Pediatrix Medical Group, in partnership with Rapides Women's and Children's Hospital (RWCH), is seeking dedicated and compassionate Neonatologists to join our growing team in Alexandria, Louisiana on a per diem basis. This is more than just a job — it's a chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a true work-life balance with full time providers on a 7-on/7-off schedule and 24/7 in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) coverage .

Qualifications:

Active LA license or IMLC license preferred Board Certification in Neonatology required A minimum of 1-year post-fellowship clinical experience required Recent Neonatologist experience required (within the past 12 months)

Benefits and Compensation:

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position. Our benefits include for Per Diem members:
