$30 -$35 DOE + Excellent Benefits Build Precision Tooling That Keeps Manufacturing Moving We are seeking an experienced CNC Tool & Die Machinist to join a growing precision manufacturing team. This is not a production machining role—we're looking for a skilled toolmaker who can independently build, repair, modify, and troubleshoot tooling used in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating tool & die components, jigs, fixtures, and custom tooling , while working from engineering drawings with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools Build, repair, and modify tool & die components, jigs, fixtures, and production tooling Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Plan machining sequences and manufacture precision components from raw material Perform precision measuring and inspection to verify tight tolerances Assemble, fit, polish, and troubleshoot tooling Maintain a safe work environment while following OSHA and ISO standards Qualifications 5+ years of Tool & Die or Tool Room machining experience Experience building and repairing tooling, jigs, fixtures, and dies Strong CNC setup and machining experience Manual machining experience (mills, lathes, grinders) Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Proficient with precision measuring equipment Able to work independently with minimal supervision Experience in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment preferred #MSSCorporate Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
