We are currently seeking Per Diem Residential Support Specialists to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team, providing flexible, as-needed direct care coverage within our residential programs.

What You Will Do:

Assist and monitor activities of daily living, encouraging independence, competency, and decision-making Support quality of life through empowerment, safety awareness, respect, and dignity Monitor overall health and well-being and assist with aspects of medication treatment and administration Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed Help individuals maintain and strengthen social support networks, including relationships with family, friends, and community groups Plan and provide opportunities for community activities Act as a key implementer of strategies to meet

goals Complete shift summaries, progress notes, and required documentation (e.g., Incident Reports, Medication Occurrence Reports) in a timely manner Provide safe, timely transportation using your own vehicle for appointments, errands, and recreational activities as needed Prepare balanced, nutritious meals and snacks, and perform routine household cleaning and maintenance Attend required trainings and in-services as scheduled Communicate with supervisors as required during scheduled shifts, including overnight shifts

Who You Are:

High School Diploma or GED required Human services experience preferred but not required; training provided by BHN Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for all working hours Committed to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Familiarity with internet, word processing, and email systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Available to work flexible, as-needed per diem shifts We Hire for HEART!
