You will leverage your expertise in CAM software and multi-axis machining to transform customer specifications into high-quality, cost-efficient components. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or Hypermill to maximize production yield and efficiency. Create detailed setup sheets and select optimal tooling configurations to ensure seamless machine operation. Provide technical leadership by troubleshooting programming challenges and guiding setup procedures for CNC Mills and Lathes. Manage and mentor production operators to ensure daily output meets quality and delivery standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine manufacturing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Perform rigorous quality inspections using precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Oversee procurement of tooling and materials to maintain an organized and productive work cell. Required Skills Minimum 4 years of hands-on machining experience with at least 1 year in a programming capacity. Proven proficiency in Mastercam or Hypermill software. Strong ability to interpret complex blueprints and apply GD&T standards. Experience setting up and operating 3-axis Mills or 2-axis Lathes. Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds and maintain physical stamina for shop floor operations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Associate degree in Engineering Technology or relevant technical certification. Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing or cell-lead capacity. Experience with 4/5-axis milling and live-tooling lathe operations. Background in prototype machining across diverse materials such as titanium, stainless steel, and ceramics.
