Tooling Technician / 1st shift

Tooling Manager Position Summary:

Ensure internal mold preventive maintenance is performed within standard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance to Amaneos standard. Support Mold Preventive Maintenance System Assist with coordination of external repairs and preventive maintenance. Perform level 2 and level 3 maintenance, selfresponsible to SAP schedule. Document mold preventive maintenance records in SAP Load and unload mold to/from flatbed trucks Communicate with suppliers on Amaneos mold maintenance and repair standards. Maintain Tool Room spare part inventory. Promote a safe and 5S working environment. Promote continuous improvements. Support Amaneos Philosophy Perform tool repairs within scope of toolroom capabilities. Need to help troubleshooting tooling issues and assist in solutions to keep tools running properly. Ensure compliance with Amaneos policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to Quality. Preferred Education and Skills:

High School Diploma or GED 1 year of tool room experience or similar experience with Injection Molds Proficient in using lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and saws. Must be able to operate an overhead crane. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Knowledge and basic skills of Hot Runner Systems Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word 1st shift 10:00am - 6:00pm About Amaneos US, Inc.
