Experience working with automotive tool shops and production stamping processes. Understanding of die build, tryout, and production readiness requirements.

Experience Required:

Strong background in stamping tooling , tryout, and die development. Understanding of die build, tryout, and production readiness requirements. Experience working within structured tooling or launch processes . Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills. Experience supporting automotive program launches. Understanding of part quality requirements and dimensional validation processes. Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience. Bachelor Degree or Equivalent work experience

Pay:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
