Position Summary This position plays a vital role in the design and development of high-quality progressive and line dies for the manufacturing of steel and stainless-steel components. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in tool and die or metal stamping and demonstrate a strong willingness to grow into a tooling design expert using SolidWorks and Logo press. Candidates with tool and die experience who are interested in moving into die design are encouraged to apply. SolidWorks experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right technical candidate. Our Vision & Values

Key Responsibilities Design and development of progressive and line dies. Shop floor experience and willingness to be able to support die try out and builds along with the die design. Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure optimal die performance and part quality. Understand tooling requirements for working with steel and stainless-steel materials. Apply best practices in metal forming and stamping processes. Learn and apply SolidWorks and Logo press software to develop die designs. Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to tool life, quality, and production efficiency. Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and production standards. Preferred Qualifications Background or experience in tool & die, stamping, or manufacturing. Technical experience in machining, metalworking, or related field. Familiarity with SolidWorks and/or Logo press is a plus (training available). Follow die standards and understand die functions. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and part specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills. Self-motivated with a "Can Do" mindset and team-oriented approach.
