2nd Shift Tool & Die

Pro Stamp is a quickly growing metal stamping and assembly company that has an opportunity for a motivated Tool & Die person to take on Tool & Die Repair and Die Changeovers. The successful candidate for this position will be able to troubleshoot and perform metal stamping tool repair, perform die changeovers and monitor a tool preventive maintenance program of our fast growing metal stamping and assembly operation.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair and maintain stamping dies Efficiently perform die changeovers Maintain a preventive maintenance program for dies Repair and maintain stamping and assembly fixtures Team with production and quality to troubleshoot manufacturing concerns Maintain a well organized inventory store of needed tool components Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Certified Tool & Die Maker, equivalent experience may be considered Setup and proficiently operate all tool room equipment including welders, lathes, mills, etc. Proficiency for Blueprint/CAD reading Progressive and line die experience Ability to troubleshoot problems at the press Die sensor installation and troubleshooting experience Must have your own tools •

$24.00 - $34.00 per hour
