Position Overview Enterprise Tool & Die is seeking an experienced Die Maker to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment in a collaborative environment that values craftsmanship, precision, and continuous improvement. You will contribute to high-precision tooling projects while developing your skills in a technically advanced operation. Primary Responsibilities Set up and operate conventional machine tools (lathes, milling machines, grinders) to produce precision components. Fit and assemble components to build, repair, and modify dies and tooling Inspect finished parts to verify dimensions and alignment using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, dial indicators) Perform die tryout and press spotting with high accuracy - Troubleshoot issues and perform or report necessary repairs Qualifications & Skills Strong work ethic with demonstrated dependability, honesty, self-confidence, and a positive attitude Minimum of 5 years of die tryout experience preferred Experience working with progressive and transfer dies in a production environment Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic to intermediate computer skills (e.g., CAD systems, shop software, or data entry) High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods (reasonable accommodations may be made) Work Environment & Benefits Our facility is clean, well-maintained, and temperature-controlled.
