Primary Job Function :

Train how to repair and maintain tools to support Press Stamping production.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Operating Crane, unload/load die cart & trucks, Flip Dies and Pull Pads Die tear down/set-up Die washing Assist die finishers with die repairs and/or model changeovers, including press T/O and production repairs Maintain equipment and a clean work environment

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma You will be required to complete education classes in accordance to the Trainee Education Plan for the TSAC Die Finisher Program Welding experience preferred Basic computer knowledge

Training Requirements or Equivalents:

New hire orientation

ERP System Training Health, Safety and Physical Demand Requirements:

Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, griping, grasping, twisting, bending, stooping and reaching throughout the work day Hand and eye coordination Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods of time (8 hours or more) Ability to use a phone and computer keyboard Ability to work in office and manufacturing environment
