Pay Range:

$19.00•$24.00 per hour About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Tooling Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will supply our Heading department with the essential tools and dies engineered for our metal forming processes. Whether you are an experienced tech or someone with strong mechanical aptitude looking to learn, we offer hands-on training to help you build a successful career. What You'll Do Operate tool room equipment to fabricate, adjust, and assemble header tooling according to engineering blueprints. Perform minor machine setups, routine adjustments, and preventative maintenance (oiling and greasing equipment). Help track and maintain tool inventory levels to ensure seamless production operations. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace using 5S standards. Support environmental goals by optimizing material/energy usage and properly managing scrap metals. Follow safety guidelines, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report potential hazards to management.

Qualifications & Requirements Education/Knowledge:

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.

Experience:

Previous tool room or machining experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate!

Safety & Standards:

Solid record of safety and attendance, with a commitment to maintaining environmental and workplace risk standards.
