Relaxed atmosphere Regular social events Lively atmosphere Perform tooling maintenance on dies Complete tooling maintenance and troubleshooting requests requested to meet production schedule Advise Tool Lead Hand when tooling maintenance assignments cannot be completed as planned and raise any tool room equipment safety concerns and/or other safety concerns immediately Complete tooling maintenance requests and description of work performed in Plex ERP system and tag the dies appropriately Ensure all dies and tools are ready for production as per schedule, to avoid interruption of production and minimize unnecessary downtime other responsibilities and tasks as assigned as needed. annual reviews
