Full Job Description Job Duties :

Clean, test, assess, teardown, and estimate air tools as directed my management List all parts necessary to repair each tool Repair tools as directed by management after customer approval Follow specific daily work lists in order Clean and maintain designated rooms/area of the facility Complete required paperwork including Repair Estimate Forms, Daily Work Log, Material Requisition Forms, Inventory Adjustment Forms, etc. Keep work bench clean and organized Notify management of necessary general supplies needed

Skills :

Experience with general shop machinery including sanders, grinding wheels, wire wheels, lathes, sand/bead blasters, parts washers, hydraulic presses, solvent tanks, hand tools etc. Ability to assess worn parts as functional or scrap Ability to learn and recognize common symptoms of air tool failure Clear understanding of both standard and metric sizes

Qualifications:

General mechanical aptitude. Minimum 2 years of experience in some mechanical environment Experience with air tools is not require, but preferred. We will educate the right individual in the air tool field.
