In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process by designing, building, and maintaining precision tools and dies that are essential for our production operations. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing tools and dies. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tool performance. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality. Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of tool and die specifications. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Train and mentor junior technicians as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Die making preferred. Proven experience as a Die Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of machining processes and materials. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
