Role Summary We are currently looking for a talented Manual Mill CNC Operator to join our Maple Grove, MN, 55430 facility in a permanent, direct hire capacity. Core Duties Configure and run manual milling equipment to manufacture components that meet exact design standards. Analyze technical schematics, blueprints, and job orders to establish the necessary machining steps. Oversee the machining process to guarantee that all output meets our high quality and precision benchmarks. Conduct regular equipment upkeep and resolve minor mechanical issues as they arise. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the shop floor tidy and following established protocols. Work alongside colleagues to refine production methods and elevate the quality of our output. Record all production tasks and ensure that documentation of completed work is precise. Required Background Completion of a technical program or certification focused on machining. Demonstrated history of successfully running manual milling machines within a production setting. Solid grasp of material properties, tooling, and fundamental machining concepts. Proficiency in deciphering complex technical drawings and blueprints. Help ensure consistent excellence by maintaining a sharp focus on detail throughout the manufacturing process. Strong analytical capabilities with the flexibility to contribute individually or as a collaborative team member. Knowledge of standard safety regulations and operational best practices within a machine shop.
