What You Will Do:
Design, build, repair, and maintain stamping dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and production tooling Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment, including lathes, Bridgeport mills, drill presses, grinders, and saws Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators Partner with Production and Maintenance teams to improve tooling performance and manufacturing efficiency Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and modification records Mentor Tool & Die trainees or apprentices as needed Follow all safety, quality, and 5S standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training in Tool & Die preferred Strong experience with stamping dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and metalworking techniques Proficiency operating manual and CNC machining equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience using precision measuring instruments Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
