Hands-on experience working with industrial machinery Ability to read and follow work orders, and basic drawings Ability to understand and follow detailed setup procedures with trainer. Setting up and adjusting metal-forming equipment Make manual machine adjustments to achieve proper part dimensions and quality ability to troubleshoot machinery and make precise mechanical adjustments installing and aligning tooling Use measuring tools such as tape measures and basic precision measuring equipment Ability to work independently while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Ability to safely handle and position heavy tooling using designated equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on mechanical problem solver who understands machinery, tooling, and precise setup work.
