Role:

Group Facilitator IOP PHP Mental Health and Substance Use Per Diem Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for mental health and substance use populations in a structured, therapeutic, and engaging environment. Support individuals with co-occurring (dual diagnosis) disorders , providing comprehensive care and treatment. Maintain a safe and respectful group environment , promoting open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

Experience in substance use treatment and mental health settings , with a focus on group facilitation and population-specific care. Strong communication skills and professional presence , with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Ability to effectively manage and engage group dynamics , promoting a cohesive and supportive group atmosphere. Relevant licensure/certification preferred (if applicable) , with the potential for supervisory opportunities. Experience with clinical supervision and management is a plus (ACS/CCS).
