JOB DESCRIPTION A

manufacturing company is seeking a Tool & Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing operations. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders) Build, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain dies, molds, and tooling Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Inspect completed work to ensure quality and tolerances are met Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tooling performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:

Must have 3+ years of Tool & Die or machining experience; Trade school or apprenticeship preferred Experience with precision measuring instruments is needed Must have a strong mechanical aptitude while being able to pay a high attention to detail Must be able to read and interpret blueprint and specifications Must be able to work independently and in a team environment Must have strong problem-solving skills Must be able to work safely and abide by all company standards, policies, and procedures Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
