Tool & Die Maker We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker with strong machining, tooling assembly, and troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate will be capable of taking a job from initial build and routing through final assembly, development, debugging, and part approval. Responsibilities Build and complete fixture assemblies, gauges, and progressive die assemblies from start to finish. Operate ProtoTRAK milling machines and surface grinders. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications . Machine and fit tooling components to required tolerances. Assemble, develop, troubleshoot, and repair tooling. Set up and debug progressive dies to achieve proper operation and part quality. Perform die tryouts and make necessary adjustments to produce parts to print/specification . Identify tooling problems and determine appropriate modifications or repairs. Inspect completed components and tooling for dimensional accuracy and proper function. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Qualifications Previous Tool & Die Maker experience required. Experience building progressive dies, fixtures, and/or gauges . Hands-on experience with ProtoTRAK milling machines and surface grinding . Strong blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to assemble, develop, and debug tooling independently. Knowledge of progressive die setup, development, and part approval processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within close tolerances.

Pay:

$28.67 - $34.53 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
