PCS Hospice aide FT days Ohio's Hospice - 3.6 Dayton, OH Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Qualifications Electronic health records (EHR) management High school diploma or GED Driver's License Driving Computer skills Patient charting Managing patient records Full Job Description This is a FT day shift position; 4-10hr days per week 8am-6pm and is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes in Southwest Montgomery County and Eaton/Preble County As a Hospice PCS, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Certified Nurse Aide (preferred, but will train internally) Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse Aide (CHPNA) certification preferred. Ohio's Hospice supports professional growth and offers opportunities for eligible employees to obtain certification. Proficient computer skills with the ability to accurately document patient care and services in electronic medical records. Valid Ohio driver's license with a safe driving record and proof of auto insurance. Ability to pass a criminal background check and 10 panel drug screening.What We Offer:
