This role plays a critical part in maintaining tooling accuracy, inventory management, and seamless production support. What's in it for You?Competitive Compensation:
Earn $20.00 - $23.00/hour, with higher pay rates negotiable for heavily experienced candidates.Consistent Day Shift Schedule:
Work Monday through Thursday, 6:50 AM - 5:15 PM, with an 8-hour shift on Fridays.Full-Time Perks:

Prepare & Assemble:
Assemble, preset, measure, and verify cutting tools to precise specifications using specialized presetting equipment and calibrated tools.Maintain & Inspect:
Inspect tooling for wear and damage, remove compromised tools from service, and coordinate tool regrinding and repair.Manage & Track:
Monitor tool usage, track inventory levels, issue tool requisitions, and partner with vendors to manage delivery schedules and prevent shortages. ...Support & Optimize:
Issue tools to CNC machining cells, assist with machine changeovers, and help identify cost-reduction opportunities.Ensure & Maintain:
Adhere to all safety policies, follow PPE requirements, and maintain a clean, organized tool crib environment.Working hours:

Background in CNC machining environments or precision manufacturing setting.Tooling Expertise:
Prior experience operating tool presetting equipment and managing tool crib inventory systems.Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with tool holders, inserts, drills, end mills, taps, and precision measuring equipment.Mechanical Aptitude:
Strong basic mechanical dexterity, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.Software Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk across facility grounds, maintain hand dexterity, and lift up to 35 pounds. now!
