Apply Description The Hydraulics Technician performs a variety of manual tasks and work collaboratively as a team member to rebuild and overhaul actuator components. Responsibilities included preparation work, material loading and unloading, and operating basic shop equipment. Requirements Essential Duties and Requirements:
Knowledge of mechanical interworking's, including pneumatic, Ability to dismantle and reassemble components to the specification of OEM or blueprints Diagnostic, precise machining/measuring to ensure operational integrity. Strong mechanical aptitude with an ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with little or no guidance. Experience in Overhead Crane and Rigging a plus. Ability to use and operate various air driven tools such as die grinders, impact wrenches, common tooling. Organized and detail oriented Ability to follow detailed work instructions and directions from leadership Must have a positive attitude and be teachable Ability to work in a shop environment and stand for up to 10 hours per day
Knowledge, Skills, and Education:
High School Diploma/GED 2-5 years of experience is highly desired. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Capable of working efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented environment. Able to lift 50lbs of material or components

Hydraulics Work Leader Scheduled Hours:
Generally, the schedule is 4 - 10 hours shifts in the summer and winter. We work 6 days a week in spring and fall.
Hours are:
6:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday. In times of business needs, additional hours may be scheduled.
Working Conditions:
Unique manufacturing/machining environment Clean, well-lit machining work environment Involves exposure to noise levels that may require hearing protection Some processes require personal respiration protection devices and are provided Preventative protection gear required (steel toed boots, glove, safety glasses) Uniforms are provided
