Key Responsibilities:
Build, repair, and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures to support production. Set up and operate all tool room equipment. Assist production teams in resolving tooling issues.
What We're Looking For:
Ability to multitask effectively. Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality. Willingness to learn and grow in the role. High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.
Position Demands:
Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods. Perform bending, twisting, turning, carrying, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, etc. Pass vision screenings. Work extended hours during peak workloads or special projects.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Mandatory overtime may be required on Fridays.
Eligibility Requirements:
This role is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Proof of status will be required prior to employment.
