Job Description

We are currently hiring full-time team members for 1st shift , in our New Products Development. This position specializes in the development of new products and re-development of existing product lines. Primary responsibilities will include all aspects of the manufacturing process from molding, to assembling the pattern, to pouring the metal, through finishing of the casting. Duties include, but are not limited to: Mold various components utilizing patterns, chills, filters, risers, binders, and sand. Work from blueprints and schematics to properly place chills, filters, and screens, and fill patterns with sand. Work as part of a team to do floor pours using ladles to pour molten aluminum into the assembly. Perform all job tasks to the highest quality standards. Why Work With Us? Pay:
$19.52 - $26.43 per hour
