Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM Full-Time | In-Person | 3-Day Weekends Starting rate will be evaluated based on experience, skills, longevity. The Opportunity We are looking for experienced Machinist/Tool & Die Maker professionals to join our team and play an important role in maintaining, repairing, improving and building precision custom injection molds. This is an opportunity to put your machining skills to work across a variety of challenging projects—not simply operate a machine. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver who understands precision, takes ownership of their work and enjoys seeing a project go from concept to finished product.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of CNC Machinist experience Proficiency operating manual tool room machinery Exceptional attitude, accountability and attendance Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to maintain an organized, clean and safe tool room Pride in craftsmanship, a desire to continually improve and learn Skills That Will Set You Apart Experience in any of the following is highly valued : Plastic injection mold repair and preventative maintenance Reading, interpreting or creating part and injection mold drawings Designing and building new injection molds SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software Mastercam or equivalent CAD/CAM software CNC machining and programming EDM equipment and processes Troubleshooting and repairing complex injection molds
Education:
