As the Tool Crib Technician, you will maintain the tool crib work area and build tools and tool kits for the manufacturing operations. What you'll do at Tosoh Quartz. Dismantle, clean and assess tool holders for decommissioning. Build tool kits for Injector, Edge ring, Dielectric, Window, Component and RPM cells. Manually create radii on tools and identify radii for size and quality. True and dress tools according to known methods and procedures as instructed. Identify the differences between a rougher, super finisher and electro plated tool. Safely operate the Rush grinder. Maintain and stock consumables as needed. Maintain, detect and correct minor machine malfunctions. Perform daily and monthly machine maintenance. Keep common work areas clean and organized. Who you are.
Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in a machine shop. Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions. Excellent visual acuity; able to see small details and finish variations and defects. Ability to prioritize workloads and shift focus as needed.
