Key Duties Configure and run CNC equipment to manufacture components that strictly adhere to design requirements. Analyze technical schematics, blueprints, and production orders to identify necessary machining steps. Utilize precision measurement tools to verify that parts remain within tolerance, helping ensure consistent product quality. Execute regular upkeep on machinery to maintain peak operational efficiency. Identify and rectify technical complications that occur throughout the production cycle. Work alongside colleagues to refine workflows and boost overall output. Keep the workstation tidy and follow established safety guidelines to support a secure environment for everyone. Required Background Completion of high school or a GED; a technical certificate or degree in machining is preferred. Demonstrated history in CNC machining, including proficiency in setup and programming tasks. Working knowledge of diverse CNC hardware, such as mills, lathes, and grinding machines. Capability to comprehend and apply information from technical schematics and blueprints. Meticulous focus on accuracy to help deliver superior results for our clients.
