Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented pressure vessel operator to join our manufacturing team on First Shift. In this vital role, you will oversee the hot isostatic pressing processes that densify metal components, ensuring they meet strict quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to the production of durable, high-quality parts used across various industries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced industrial equipment and develop your skills in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor computer guided HIP equipment such as furnaces and pressure vessels to ensure proper processing of metal parts. Follow detailed process specifications and production documents to achieve precise temperature, time, pressure, and cooling parameters, per computer software. Maintain accurate records of process parameters, batch information, and inspection results for traceability and quality assurance. Adhere strictly to safety standards in production environments, including proper handling of industrial equipment and materials. Requirements Must be able to work on a shop floor with varying temperatures throughout the year. Experience with shop tools including hand tools, tooling setups, forklifts (certification and training provided), and packaging processes, as well as basic math and computer skills. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or factory setting with an emphasis on materials handling and fabrication processes is preferred. Weekend availability is a must. Pay:
From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
