Tool & Die / General Machinist. Join Our Team! We are a well-established 40-year-old tool and die shop looking for a dependable, skilled individual to join our team. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and building new dies , along with performing general machining work. Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair dies and tooling Build and modify new dies Operate a drill press Perform general machining and fabrication work Operate manual mills and lathes Complete work accurately and in a timely manner Take ownership of assigned projects and work independently What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have experience with manual machining equipment Be comfortable operating a drill press, mill, and lathe Have good mechanical and problem-solving skills Have a positive attitude and work well with others Be self-motivated and dependable Be able to take control of assigned work and complete projects in a timely manner Schedule & Benefits 45-49 hours per week Paid vacation 11 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Work for a small company while receiving the benefits typically associated with a larger organization Pay largely dependent on experience.
