Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker with short-run metal stamping experience to design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot stamping dies.

Requirements:

3+ years of Tool & Die Maker experience in short-run metal stamping Knowledge of bend allowance and bend deduction Experience with short-run stamping tooling methods CNC machining experience preferred Mastercam or SolidWorks experience is a plus Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings

Responsibilities:

Review blueprints and determine manufacturability Calculate flat pattern layouts Design short-run, single-stage tooling Maintain and repair dies Troubleshoot tooling issues with the pressroom
