Tooling Technician
Job Description
Tooling Technician We are seeking a skilled Tooling Technician to support manufacturing operations across all shifts. In this role, you'll perform maintenance, repairs, and improvements on injection molding tools to support high-efficiency, high-quality production. You'll work closely with the Tooling Lead and production teams to ensure tooling reliability, organization, and readiness. 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, insert changes, and repairs on injection molding tools Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and tool performance Detect tooling issues and communicate findings to the Tooling Lead Contribute to root cause analysis and help implement tooling improvements Keep the workspace clean, well-organized, and safe Develop and update Tooling Process Instructions (TPIs) and related documentation Organize and manage tool room components, including spare parts and standard items Collaborate with production teams to provide tooling support and address operational needs Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in a tooling or manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with injection mold maintenance and repairs Strong knowledge of injection molding processes Excellent attention to detail with effective communication skills Capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting Adaptability to changing priorities and short deadlines Commitment to supporting internal teams including Molding, Production, and Special Operations Benefits of the Role Competitive pay with shift-based incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans Paid time off and holidays to support work-life balance 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match A team-oriented culture focused on creativity and innovation Opportunities to grow professionally and gain experience across different functions An inclusive work environment that provides reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals Relocation availablePay:
