Job Summary Pronto Staffing is now hiring for a 3rd shift position in a manufacturing setting. In this role, you will help finish, assemble, and prepare manufactured parts for shipping. You will use power tools and cutting equipment to clear away excess material and keep production moving. Responsibilities Perform finishing tasks on parts including trimming, routing, and assembly Safely operate tools such as CNC equipment, bandsaws, and hand tools Follow instructions to meet standard daily production goals Check finished parts for defects to make sure they meet quality standards Stack, palletize, and move completed items to keep the work area organized Requirements 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, trimming, or machine operation experience preferred Ability to use basic hand tools and power equipment Ability to follow written and spoken instructions in English Strong attention to detail and good work ethic High school diploma or GED preferred Work Environment Able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for an 8-hour shift Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly Able to work in environments with hot or cold temperature changes Benefits Benefits may be available depending on assignment.
