Job Summary Pronto Staffing is seeking a Production Associate to work 3rd shift in a local manufacturing plant. In this role, you will trim, sand, and finish molded parts using basic hand and power tools. This entry-level role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and pays close attention to detail. Responsibilities Trim extra material from molded parts using hand and power tools Sand and grind edges to create smooth, clean finished products Operate a bandsaw and other basic tools safely Inspect parts for defects to make sure they meet quality standards Read and follow daily work instructions and safety rules Keep your work area clean and organized Requirements Ability to speak and read English Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Previous factory or trimming experience is a plus, but no experience is required Work Environment Stand and walk for extended periods during your shift Lift and move up to 45 lbs regularly Work indoors in a factory setting with hot and cold temperature changes Dress code includes jeans or shorts, a t-shirt, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots Benefits Benefits may be available depending on assignment.
