Resource Employment Solutions is seeking an Injection Molding Tooling Repair Technician to maintain and repair plastic injection molds in a manufacturing environment. This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on molds to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The technician will collaborate with various teams to resolve tooling issues and support continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities and Duties - Your Day-to-Day Perform preventive maintenance on injection molds according to established schedules Disassemble, inspect, clean, repair, and reassemble molds to ensure production readiness Troubleshoot mold-related issues affecting quality and efficiency Repair or replace damaged mold components, including hot runner systems and cooling circuits Assist with emergency repairs and support mold modifications and engineering changes What You Bring - Skills that Make a Difference High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical experience preferred Previous experience with injection mold maintenance, repair, or toolmaking Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to read technical drawings Ability to safely operate hand tools and precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work independently or as part of a team Why Join Us?
