Responsibilities include transporting tools, parts, equipment, and supplies between workstations and other areas, as well as cleaning and maintaining tools, the factory, work areas, changeover tables, and roller-washing equipment. Skills and Experience Key Responsibilities Assist technicians with tooling installation, maintenance, and repairs. Transport tools, parts, equipment, and supplies throughout the facility. Clean and organize tools, work areas, factory floors, and equipment. Assist with cleaning changeover tables and roller-washing equipment. Support daily production and tooling operations.
Requirements Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
3-6 months of related experience or training preferred. Basic math skills. Knowledge of hand tools and basic mechanical skills. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Use hands and arms to handle tools and materials. Bend, kneel, squat, reach, and maintain balance as needed. Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, 50 lbs. frequently, and over 100 lbs. occasionally. Working Conditions Exposure to moving machinery and mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to dust and airborne particles. Work may involve high noise levels.
