Posted 04/2026 Job Description Job Summary Capable to use close tolerance measuring tools (i.e., scales, micrometers, calipers, depth gages, etc.). Capable to use hand tools (i.e., drill motors, die grinders, rivet guns, fastener installation tools, etc.). Ability to perform alignment/assembly using jig, templates and fixtures. PPE must be used when cutting, grinding, blending, and sanding Extensive use of bagging materials Able to properly bag for a wide range of component shapes and styles. Capable of using a "Hot-Bonder" type machine cure procedure. Maintenance, cleaning and repair of shop facilities, equipment and tooling when required. Safely operate shop equipment such as: curing oven, autoclave, vacuum Basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance data bases Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
