Job Description

Immediately hiring a Tool & Die Tech for a large manufacturing company on the southside of San Antonio. Pay is up to $21/hr. based on experience Shift is Mon-Fri 10am-6:30pm (overtime as required)
Duties:
Able to replace / rework if any tool elements are found worn out, broken, chipped, etc. Inspecting dies and molds for wear, cracks, or dull edges, and cleaning or replacing damaged components Set up and operate CNC machines Diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic issues directly on the production floor Solve tooling issues if any found during running the mold. Receive new mold's & conducting incoming inspection Responsible for changing the mold tool in molding. Assemble tool and ensure all shot-offs are perfectly matched Reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
Requirements:
High school diploma or ED preferred Must have experience in mold assembly Seeking at least 2 years hands on machine shop or tool room experience Please call/text 210-664-2680 #vipstaffing #zrsat #NSSA
