•$31.79 per hour This is a bargaining union position. Please note this is a per diem (no committed hours) daytime position, located primarily at One South Prospect St., Burlington, VT, with occasional shifts at Blair Park in Williston, VT. The Clinical Care Associate is an integral part of the care team and a key contributor to delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, consistent and reliable for our patients, families and the practices within the medical home model. The incumbent is involved in direct patient care under the direction of a practitioner and performs clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and duties assigned.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training in a relevant area preferred. CPR certification required within the first six months from hire.
EXPERIENCE
One year of experience in a relevant health care setting or training program is desired. Primary care experience is preferred. Proven customer service experience is required. Experience working with New American families is strongly preferred. Experience working with additional languages is preferred. Experience working with children is preferred. Prior experience administering vaccinations is strongly preferred; however, candidates without this experience may be considered, and training is available for the right candidate. Apply
