initiatives What We're Looking For 3+ years of wire EDM experience in a job shop environment Strong programming skills with ability to monitor and adapt software Espirit programming knowledge and Mitsubishi wire EDM experience a plus Strong math, blueprint reading, and communication skills Ability to multitask and run multiple machines Journeyman's card in CNC and/or tool making also a plus Must be a U.S. citizen If you're passionate about aerospace, precision machining, and working for a company where employees are treated like people—not numbers—we'd love to hear from you.
