Mechanical Hardware Insertion Specialist, Metal Components Imagine a clinician relying on a device that must perform flawlessly—every time. At MPE, your craftsmanship turns precision-fabricated parts into dependable medical technology. If you thrive on accuracy, collaboration, and purpose, this role is for you. Your mission Own the quality of hardware installation on steel components. Using Haeger/PEM equipment, you'll set up, run, and verify jobs that meet exacting print requirements and production goals, contributing directly to life-changing medical solutions. What success looks like Flawless insertion of varied hardware using Haeger equipment, with correct tooling and setup. Confident reading of mechanical drawings in both standard and metric; precise measurement and verification. Proactive cross-verification of your work and that of teammates to uphold quality. Skills and background High school diploma or equivalent. Hands-on proficiency with basic hand and power tools. Ability to interpret work orders, blueprints, and work instructions; follow written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based guidance. Solid measurement math and dimensional calculation skills. Physical and mental demands Regular operation of PEM inserting machinery and measuring instruments. Reading and following blueprints and written procedures. Close-vision accuracy and dependable math capability. Schedule, locations, and pay
Monday-Friday Racine:
First Shift, 6:00 am-2:30 pm
Milwaukee:
