Toolmaker (1st & 2nd Shift) Triangle Tool LLC is a one-stop, full-service shop based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At our modern facility, we specialize in building complex plastic injection molds. Our team of experienced designers and highly skilled toolmakers produce tight-tolerance molds while staying focused on quality and the customer. No production line, no rinse-and-repeat work, just solid toolmaking and a team that knows what they're doing. We're looking for Toolmakers who show up ready to work, think through problems, and care about the quality of what leaves the shop.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Toolmaker or equivalent experience in the trade
• Ability to work in a team-centered environment
• Strong communication skills
• Able to manage multiple jobs at different stages
• Injection mold experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble new and repair molds from start to finish
• Problem-solve on the fly
• because no two projects are the same
• Inspect components to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards are met
• Work closely with design and CNC machining teams
• Track and coordinate builds on the shop floor
• Support sampling to complete a production ready mold
