Job Description

Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and build production tooling, jigs, fixtures, and specialized equipment to keep operations running at peak performance. Create and refine tooling designs using sketches and CAD to improve performance, quality, and efficiency. Diagnose tooling issues and implement creative, hands-on solutions to minimize downtime and scrap. Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to support new tooling development and continuous improvement initiatives. Track and document tooling performance, maintenance history, and critical setup parameters. Train and support operators on proper setup and use of tooling and equipment. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives, including GROWTTH and quality-driven programs.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Tool & Die, Manufacturing Technology, or related program (or currently completing your program—graduates encouraged to apply!). Hands-on experience (school, internship, or work) with tooling, machining, or mechanical systems. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and/or CAD designs. Strong mechanical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of tooling construction, maintenance, or repair processes (steel rule die experience a plus). Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
