Job Description
15-20 hours/week Part-time maintenance position for small apartment communities in Necedah and New Lisbon. The successful applicant must be able to perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks including preventative maintenance and repairs to building and equipment. Responsibilities include general maintenance of the building including areas of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, unit turnover/painting, lawncare and snow removal. One or more years of hands on work experience in maintenance required. Salary based on experience and skills.
