Tool & Die Maker Sussex, WI | Full-Time | On-Site About the Role A well-established metal stamping and fabrication company is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support manufacturing operations. This role involves building, repairing, and maintaining stamping dies and tooling to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Key Responsibilities Build, repair, and maintain stamping dies and tooling Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings Set up and operate machining equipment (lathes, grinders, milling machines, CNC) Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues to minimize downtime Support production teams and ensure tooling meets quality standards Perform precision measurements and maintain accuracy Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications Experience in tool & die making and die maintenance Strong blueprint reading and machining skills Hands-on experience with manual and CNC equipment Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability High attention to detail and quality Journeyman certification preferred (or equivalent experience) Manufacturing experience (automotive, defense, or similar) is a plus

Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
