Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Window Washing Team Manager to lead a new commercial and professional cleaning crew in delivering exceptional exterior and interior window cleaning services for commercial properties. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and maintain high-quality service delivery. Your leadership will inspire your team to perform efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety compliance. We are looking for people who already understand the window washing business and are ready to take the next step into leadership, crew management, training, quality control, and field operations. The right person will help us build and lead a professional field team serving commercial properties throughout Northwest Arkansas. Responsibilities Work directly with company leadership to help establish and grow our field operations, including: Lead and manage team of window cleaning technicians, providing clear direction, training, and support to optimize performance. Work alongside the team in the field when needed. Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. Manage daily job schedules and crew assignments Maintain high standards for quality and customer service Inspect completed work and resolve issues before leaving the job. Help establish efficient operating procedures as the company grows. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies. Communicate professionally with commercial clients and property managers. Help develop future crew leaders and managers. Enforce safety regulations and sanitation standards during all cleaning operations, including industrial and commercial cleaning procedures. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed diligently. Foster a positive team environment that encourages leadership development, accountability, and continuous improvement. Proven supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services, with a strong background in team management. Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, sanitation practices, and janitorial procedures. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff and liaise effectively with clients. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, uphold safety regulations, and promote high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in managing safety regulations related to industrial cleaning environments is highly valued. Who We're Looking For Prior professional window washing experience is requried.
