It is expanding its team. We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with our company. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the second-shift sanitation team Ensure flower rooms are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for production within our two-day turnaround schedule Assign and monitor daily sanitation tasks to ensure schedules and standards are met Train and support sanitation associates on proper cleaning and safety procedures Enforce compliance with company safety and cannabis regulatory standards Communicate with production and cultivation teams to coordinate room readiness Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Must be able to follow detailed instructions, safety requirements, and cannabis compliance procedures Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced cultivation and production environment Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required for the position Applicants must satisfy all employment, background, licensing, and eligibility requirements applicable to their position Prior supervisory or lead experience in sanitation, production, or a related field is preferred Must be available to work the required second-shift (afternoon/evening) schedule Why Join Green Horizon?
