Sales Representative:
Assisting leadership with daily customer management, sales activity, and account oversight. As a Sales Representative, your daily responsibilities will focus on customer engagement, sales support, account coordination, and management training Supporting customers with service questions, upgrades, and account updates while delivering excellent customer service. Helping the sales team with customer enrollments, service recommendations, and account changes. Managing accurate customer records as a representative evaluating sales metrics, assistant manager reports, and account follow-ups. Working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals. Sales representatives present in leadership meetings, assistant manager training sessions, and performance planning. Helping train new team members and supporting management development initiatives after becoming efficient in the role yourself. Representing the company with strong communication, and a customer-first assistant manager mindset. What Makes You aStrong Sales Representative:
Strong interest in sales, customer service, telecommunications, and management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. Motivated to develop leadership skills and grow into higher management roles. Thrives in a high-volume customer and sales environment with shifting priorities. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple customer accounts, service tasks, and assistant manager duties. Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or leadership is helpful but not required. Positive, driven, coachable, and ready to build real assistant manager experience.Job Type:
