Summary of Position Our Sanitation Supervisor is dedicated and knowledgeable to lead our sanitation technicians and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facility. Supervision:

Oversee and mentor sanitation technicians, ensuring adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Compliance:

Support the review, understanding, and compliance of all programs, policies, and procedures outlined in the Food Safety and Quality Management System.

Training & Development:

Communicate technical aspects of sanitation processes and provide training to staff, addressing unexpected questions related to sanitation materials

Expertise:

Severe as a subject matter expert on sanitation practices and tools used by the sanitation team, offering guidance and support as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to align sanitation efforts with production needs and deadlines.

Reporting:

Monitor sanitation performance metrics and prepare reports on sanitation activities and compliance Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sanitation or quality control role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of SOPs and GMPs relevant to food safety
• Advance Microsoft Suite, Excel and Word skills required
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Flexibility to work within a 2nd shift schedule
